Is LawFlare FCRA Compliant?
Yes. LawFlare is in no way intended to be used for obtaining data for credit or financial reasons and in no way reports data in regards to these items. Our algorithms are focused strictly on providing you with vital details specific to the needs of research.
Is LawFlare Adhearing to all Legal Standards?
LawFlare in no way provides data other than what has been made publicly available by the individual. Though our software provides a thorough, extensive profile of the individual, it is built upon public information. LawFlare will not (and is technically incapable) be used to “breach” privacy settings set forth by the individual being searched.
Will the Individual Know I’ve searched them?
No. LawFlare does not leave a breadcrumb and is fully encrypted, anonymous, and private. LawFlare in no way contacts the individual.

You are agreeing to purchase a license granting full access to the LawFlare software. Ownership of the LawFlare software remains firmly in the hands of its creators, Praction, LLC.
You may in no way not use this software, it’s code, or any likeness to build other software. You also agree that you are not using LawFlare as an extension of another paid service or product.
Redistributing this software is not permitted in any way. We take piracy very seriously as it takes food from the tables of our employees (dramatic but true, and our staff’s livelihood is very important to us.). In an effort to protect our staff, we will diligently pursue those who pirate our software or otherwise use it illegally.
Your purchase of any LawFlare software license is a monthly subscription that includes access to the software, tech support, and unlimited free updates. Subscriptions are conviently renewed on an automatic basis in order to prevent disruption of service.
The downloading or altering of LawFlare code in any format or amount is not permitted.
All subscriptions include an unlimited “standard” tech support program.
Standard Tech Support (Included free): Support is offered through live-chat, and a ticket-based support forum.
Premium Support upgrade (additional fee applies): Includes standard support plan and one-one on phone-based support with a member from our US-based support staff.
